Li Auto Sound Setup Guide
Compatible with Li Auto L6/L7/L8/L9/Li Mega all series
Prerequisites

Prepare USB Drive
Format USB to FAT32 or exFAT. Use USB-C drives (newer Li Auto models use USB-C).

Check System Version
Some Li Auto models require the latest OTA system version to support custom lock sounds. Go to Vehicle Settings → About to check your version.
Format Requirements

Steps

Copy Files to USB
Copy downloaded sound files to USB root, no special folder needed.

Insert into Car USB
Insert USB into the Li Auto center armrest USB port.

Enter Car Settings
On the center screen, go to: Vehicle Settings → Sound → Lock Sound → Custom.

Select Sound File
Find and select the sound file from the USB directory. Confirm to apply.
FAQ
Check if the USB is formatted as FAT32 or exFAT. Newer Li Auto models use USB-C ports, please confirm your USB connector type matches.
Please make sure your car system is updated to the latest version. Some older versions may only support preset sounds, not custom imports.
Try normalizing the audio gain to above -1dB in audio editing software, then re-import.
💡 Some hidden features of Li Auto can be enabled through the “Lab” feature in system settings. If you can't find the custom option through the normal path, try searching for “sound” in Settings.
